David and Steven Ross are the Memphis Coffee Guys. We chose the name because that’s what our customers always called us anyway. We are passionate about our customers. No matter the size of the account, we treat each customer the same. We are known for over-delivering on that promise. We are also passionate about great products and only sell items that we use ourselves. Sometimes those products cost more, but in the end it’s worth it.
We’re a fantastic team and each of us brings different skills and knowledge to the company. Together we have 30 years experience in the coffee and customer service business.
The company began in 1991. The company was named Coffee X-Press. Our father was in the process of retiring from the Memphis Fire Department and was looking for another career. Our parents faithfully ran the company for 20 years.
The company continued to grow each year and was focused on office coffee. Since our parents retired in 2011 the company has become Memphis Coffee Guys. We have maintained all the great relationships that they had built over the years. They are very proud of our success and are enjoying retirement.
